Process
After the harvest, the grapes ferment in steel tanks and then mature for 12 months in 30-hectoliter oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
It has an intense aroma, with fruity notes and spicy undertones. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth. A versatile wine, easy to pair with cured meats and meat-based first courses.
