Cabernet

Our Cabernet comes from a small vineyard with 4,700 vines. It is a red wine of Friuli with a sweetly herbaceous, spicy and fruity aroma. On the palate, you can perceive its smooth, fresh and vibrant character that makes it a versatile wine and easy to pair with cold cuts, cheeses, starters and various types of meat.

• Process

  By thinning out we select a few grape bunches for each plant and by defoliating we expose them to the sun so that they ripen perfectly. After being harvested, the grapes ferment in steel vats and are then aged for 12 months in 30-hectolitre oak casks.

  It has an intense aroma with fruity notes and spicy nuances, and is fresh and smooth on the palate. This versatile wine is easy to pair with cold cuts and cheeses, starters and various types of meat. The label recalls the flowers of our lands, which are worked with the utmost respect for the biodiversity of the natural environment.
