Resistant grape varietiesSustainability is our watchword
As an organic winery, we strive to produce sustainable, high-quality wines without making any compromises. We have therefore chosen to use resistant grape varieties, obtained by natural cross-breeding, which allows us to minimise our use of plant protection treatments. Having made this choice, we can guarantee genuine products and preserve the delicate balance of the environment, thereby contributing to a better and more sustainable world for future generations.

We have chosen to network with five other wineries that embrace our philosophy and are active in Friuli, Veneto and Trentino, from the Adriatic Sea to the Dolomites, so that we can jointly meet the challenge of sustainability. This choice led to the creation of the Resistenti Nicola Biasi network, a project that focuses on resistant grape varieties, also known as PIWI (fungus-resistant grape varieties), with the aim of producing wines that express the excellence of precision viticulture and our utmost respect for the environment.
