With a fine and elegant perlage, it develops aromas of green apple and Williams pear. On the palate, it is vibrant and crisp, ideal for an aperitif.
After the first fermentation, we take the Prosecco to Valdobbiadene, where it undergoes the sparkling process. The slow re-fermentation at low temperatures creates a very fine and persistent perlage. Bottling occurs multiple times a year to ensure a fresh and genuine product.
The aroma reveals typical hints of green apple, while the palate is well-balanced between acidity and softness. The result is a fruity and fresh wine, perfect for an aperitif. Its versatility also makes it an excellent match for all dishes, especially fish-based dishes and creamy cheeses.
