    After the first fermentation, we take the Prosecco to Valdobbiadene, where it undergoes the sparkling process. The slow re-fermentation at low temperatures creates a very fine and persistent perlage. Bottling occurs multiple times a year to ensure a fresh and genuine product.

    The aroma reveals typical hints of green apple, while the palate is well-balanced between acidity and softness. The result is a fruity and fresh wine, perfect for an aperitif. Its versatility also makes it an excellent match for all dishes, especially fish-based dishes and creamy cheeses.
