An organic white blend from "resistant" grape varieties, Soreli and Sauvignon Kretos. The aroma is intense, with notes of tropical fruit and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and highly drinkable.

• Process

  A balanced production ensures perfect grape ripening and vibrant freshness. After the harvest, the wine ferments in steel tanks and then matures on the lees for about 8 months before bottling.

• Tasting Notes

  The aroma is striking, with an explosion of tropical fruit and delicate hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and easy to drink. Excellent for pairing with fish, vegetables and fresh cheeses.
